high-volume cigarette
It’s fast and it’s a heck of a lot cheaper than buying smokes already packaged for sale.

A pack of Marlboro Reds, including tax, could run from $4.74 per pack all the way to $11.90 across the United States, and the rock-bottom price can be found in West Virginia.

cigarettes to minors
The Wilbur Avenue Shell convenience store was given a three-month probation by the Board of Health on Wednesday after it was twice caught selling cigarettes to minors.

The store sold a pack of Marlboros to a 17-year-old male in December 2008 and a pack of Newports to a 16-year-old female in October 2010, said Marilyn Edge, the area tobacco cessation and prevention coordinator for the SouthCoast Tobacco Control Program. The two instances, both from sting operations, within a two-year span brought the issue before the Board of Health. Ream more »
