Five charged with marijuana possession in Raritan Township

Township police report five arrests on charges of marijuana possession.
William E. Frank, 22, of Summit was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 202-31 on May 17 at about 11 p.m.
He was also charged with failing to maintain the lamps on his vehicle.
The arrest was made by Detective Robert Landolina.
Ronald R. Tillet III, 29 of Lambertville was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (rolling papers) following a traffic stop on Route 202-31 on May 20 at about 11:11 p.m. He was also charged with failure to wear a seat belt. The arrest was made by Detective Benedict Donaruma.
Donald S. Collins III, 38 of McDonough, N.Y., Jeffrey Corbran, 48 of Sussex and Derek B. Hall, 27 of Vernon were charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (a pipe) following a motor vehicle stop on Route 202-31 on May 18 at about 4:15 p.m. Collins was also charged with having a view obstruction. The arrest was made by Detective Robert Landolina.
